This informational session hosted by Fannie Mae will focus on providing public entities, nonprofits and down payment administrators with a comprehensive overview of how to acquire Fannie Mae REO inventory directly. Participants will learn about Public Entity (PE) REO Sales team members located throughout the country dedicated to working hand-in-hand with users of public funds to facilitate the purchase of properties from Fannie Mae. Fannie Mae will offer insight on how its team can help nonprofits quickly and successfully reach their community stabilization goals through its various execution strategies.
