Asking a Question within the Conference Call:
Throughout the open forum, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. During the call, the operator will control the line of questions. In order to join the queue to ask a question press *1 on your touch-tone phone; the operator will mute your phone until it is your turn to ask a question. If your question is answered before you get the opportunity to ask it, you can remove yourself from the queue by pressing *2.
Asking a Question within Live Meeting:
Live Meeting is like most Microsoft Office applications: there’s a menu bar and a toolbar. At the top of the console screen you will see a Seating Chart. This chart shows a color-coded presentation of the status of the participants in the meeting. By selecting the Feedback to Presenter pull-down menu at the bottom of the seating chart, an individual can let the presenters know if they have a question by simply selecting Purple: Question from the pull-down menu. This will prompt the presenter to pause during his/her presentation to ask the individual who has changed their status to Purple: Question to state their question. Individuals can also elect to type in their question after changing their status to Purple: Question rather than asking it verbally. Once your question has been answered, be sure to change your status back to Green: Proceed.
Accessing the Recording: After the meeting is completed, please allow up to 48 hours for the recording to be available. After the recording is available, you will receive an email with further instructions and the access codes for the recording.
