Kansas City NTI 2015 - Workshop on Tools for Action from the County Health Rankings and Roadmap Program

Ranking the health of nearly every county in the nation, the County Health Rankings illustrate what we know about disparities when it comes to what is making people sick or healthy. The Roadmaps show what we can do to create healthier places to live, learn, work, and play. This interactive workshop will focus on the Roadmaps to Health Action Center, the hub of tools for communities seeking to translate data into meaningful action. All Action Center resources are available free online.

Come join this session and gain powerful tools for improving health in your community! We encourage you to bring a laptop computer, tablet or smart phone with you to the session to learn to drive the navigation on your own.
