Policy Summit to Focus on Housing, Human Capital and Inequality

Learn the latest on consumer finances, student loans and other community development topics and explore how the role of regulations is changing in economic and community development at the 2013 Policy Summit on Housing, Human Capital and Inequality hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.  Topics will include housing finance and regulations, the new housing finance system, affordable housing issues, small business trends, how to help households create balance between income and savings, access to affordable short-term credit, addressing student loan debt, tools for neighborhood stabilization and much more.  This years' keynote speakers are Sandra Pianalto, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and Eldar Shafir, a nationally renowned psychologist and public policy expert. Participants will have opportunities to gather information from national experts and discuss community challenges with colleagues.
