Reducing Youth Violence in Chicago: A Design Competition

To address the problem of youth violence, Get In Chicago, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, and the University of Chicago Crime Lab announce the launch of a design challenge to identify promising crime prevention interventions. Practitioners, policymakers and researchers are encouraged to propose their most innovative ideas and insights. 

The competition will provide up to $1,000,000 to support one or more winning entries to be implemented at scale and rigorously evaluated.

Letters of Interest (LOIs) are due on March 2, 2015.
