This two-day training - How to Create Successful Markets - will teach participants the best strategies for creating a thriving public market: one that is economically sustainable, makes the most of existing community benefits and is attractive to diverse populations. Participants will learn how to plan and build a great market strategy and will visit open-air and indoor markets in New York City including Union Square Greenmarket, Holiday Shops at Bryant Park and several others. The event is hosted by the Project for Public Spaces.
