Participants will learn the best strategies for managing client-centered data, strategies for tracking and analyzing program impacts, and effective ways to share stories about program effectiveness.

This four-week, faculty-led course includes online assessments, peer forums and live web conferencing. It involves four lessons, and participants should expect to spend about four hours a week on course-related work.
