Ribbon Cut for Neighborhood Revitalization Project in Buffalo
The Massachusetts Avenue Development Project, sponsored by PUSH Buffalo – which will involve the transformation of three vacant buildings into 11 green and affordable apartments – has officially begun. The program aims to help stabilize the neighborhood and address blighted properties, plus support the organization’s goal of creating one of the best Green Development Zones in the United States. The project supports affordable housing, renewable energy and green jobs training, and will include green technologies such as solar electrical systems.
